Genys
A downloadable game for Windows
Genys is a bullet hell roguelike game with purposeful different gameplay without a fixed aim.
Where the difficulty lies is precisely calculating your bullet until it hits the enemies.
With development stopped, but with thoughts on future upgrades and improvements in both gameplay and graphics, which are currently only free models.
Game ''made'' by me, a solo indie developer, in 1 month with a different gameplay premise than traditional bullet hell roguelikes, but taking into account that there are still missing and what would be the case would greatly improve the game skills and coin systems with cosmetics and other characters, such as: Vampires Survivors/Seraphs Last Stand, etc...
If you play I ask you to write your opinion, would you play a game with this gameplay? Or a crosshair like an essential fps? 2.5d maybe?
Some thoughts would be skills with the possibility of reducing the skill's cooldown time by choosing upgrades at the end of each wave.
And new upgrades that are still missing...
The game has some bugs, it is not the final version nor a beta, currently a small test that I decided to post here to read opinions.
I like this style of game, I have many and I wanted to launch something similar on Steam without focusing on making money (that's also good, but it's not the focus).
But being different from the gameplay of others, perhaps an fps doesn't exist as well as a roguelike bullet hell.
Anyway, leave your opinions, it would help me a lot with my line of thought.
